MobileRQ Lands $800K In Funding From Verizon

Portland-based MobileRQ, the developer of software for the travel and hospitality industry, has raised $800,000 in a funding round from Verizon Investments, the venture investment arm of Verizon, the company said this week. MobileRQ said the funding will go towards launching its platform and initial customer capture. MobileRQ develops software for travel and hospitality brands, which combines information on a customer's mobile device with loyalty information, demographics, and more to provide highly targeted offers and content to travelers.
