Nintex Buys Drawloop Technologies

Bellevue-based Nintex, the developer of document and workflow automation software, said today that it has acquired Drawloop Technoles, a developer of automated document generation software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Drawloop Technologies was based in Irvine, California, where Drawloop said it will expand its employees and operations.
