nLight Gains $17.5M More

Vancouver, Washington-based nLight, a developer of high power, semiconductor lasers, said last week that it has raised $17.5M in a Series E financing round. The round brings the company's total raised to around $110M. nLight said the funding came from existing investors Oak Investment Partners, Mohr Davidow Ventures, and Menlo Ventures. nLight's products are used for semiconductor and material processing, defense, and medical applications.
