Nurego, With Offices In Seattle, Acquired By GE Digital

Nurego, a developer of software to help companies monetize their Industrial Internet-of-Things which has an office in Seattle, was acquired by GE Digital, the companies said last week. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. Nurego's R&D is in Israel, where it will continue to be based. GE has been using Nurego's tools as part of its GE Predix offering. Nurego was started by former executives of EMC.
