ON Semiconductor In Joint Development Deal in Gresham

ON Semiconductor, said today that it is in a deal with LSI Corporation to establish a new line at its wafer fabrication facility in Gresham, Oregon. According to ON Semi, it is in an agreement with LSI to further expand its application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) offering through a 110 nanometer process technology effort at the plant. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed.
