Others Online Acquired By Ad Optimization Firm

Seattle-based Others Online, a provider of behavioral targeting services for online advertisers, has been acquired by Los Angeles advertising optimization firm Rubicon Project. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Rubicon said that Others Online will go to help build out its platform. Others Online provided services to help advertisers understand and profile their customers, in order to better target their advertising. Rubicon provides online advertising optimization services to allow publishers to optimize the revenue they get from ad networks.
