OutBack Power Gets Made In Washington Certification

Arlington, Washington-based OutBack Power Technologies, said today that it has received Washington State's Certificate of Manufacture for a number of its products, allowing it to offer all-Washington build photovoltaic systems. The company said the certification allows installers and system owners to qualify for state incentives. The state provides production incentives specifically for solar power systems with solar power inverters and solar power modules which are manufactured in Washington, boosting those incentive rates from $0.15 per kilowatt hour of energy produced to as much as $.54 per kWh.
