Physio-Control Buys Software Provider Sansio

Redmond-based Physio-Control has acquired Sansio, a Minnesota-based developer of software-as-a-service for the emergency medical services market. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to Physio-Control, the deal was a merger agreement and will allow it to expand its healthcare solutions. Sansio develops software used by emergency medical services and home healthcare providers to collect and manage patient information.
