PopShops Acquired By Rakuten

Seattle-based PopShops, a provider of product information feeds and data for comparison shopping sites, coupon sites, blogs, and other online shopping sites, has been acquired by Rakuten Marketing, an arm of international e-commerce giant Rakuten. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. PopShops was founded in 2006. Rakuten said that PopShops will become Rakuten PopShops.
