Portland Ten Claims Success

Portland-based Portland Ten, the business incubator focused on helping startups in the region, says that three of its participants are seeing some success, after reaching revenue and other goals. The incubator said that Night and Day Studios, an agency that develops mobile apps for the art, entertainment, and eduction market, and Architectural Applications, have both exceeded $1M in revenue performance, with The Good also exceeding its revenue targets. Night and Day develops mobile apps for iOs and Android, and now has over 16 staff members; Architectural Applications recently won a $1.2M, U.S. Department of Energy grant focused on energy use; and The Good's clients now include Nike, Riddel, Sparq and Bell, among others. Portland Ten is headed by Carolynn Duncan.
