Powerit Solutions Names New CEO

Seattle-based Powerit Solutions, a developer of energy management technology for the smart grid market, said that it has named Kevin Klustner as its new CEO. Klustner also joins the company's board. Kluster was most recently managing partner and co-founder of management consulting firm Convergency Partners; he also served as President and CEO of Verdiem Corporation, and also served at WRQ. Klustner replaces Matthew J. Schiltz, the former President and CEO of Docusign, who had been appointed CEO in March. The firm did not detail reasons behind the executive switchup.
