Qliance Names New CEO

Seattle-based Qliance Mediacal Management, the operator of membership-based primary care medical services, said today that it has named Erika Bliss, MD as its President and CEO. Bliss replaces co-founder Norm Wu. Bliss was most recently Chief Quality Officer at the company. According to Qliance, Wu will remain involved as a strategic advisor to the firm. Qliance is venture backed by Second Avenue Partners, Clear Fir Partners LP, New Atlantic Ventures, Bezos Expeditions, MSD Capital and others.
