Radisys Shuffles CEO On Revised Guidance

Hillsboro, Oregon-based embedded wireless products firm Radisys said Monday that it has named Brian Bronson as its new President and CEO, replacing Michael Dagenais, who the firm said has left the firm, as well as its board. Bronson was most recently President of the company. The move came as the company also said it has revised its third quarter 2012 revenue guidance downward to a range of $63M to $65M, down from earlier expectations of $66M to $72M. Bronson said the revised revenues came due to "software customer demand" in a "challenging" telecommunications spending environment.
