Redfin Names Engineering VP

Seattle-based online real estate site Redfin said Wednesday that it has promoted Bridget Frey to the position of Vice President of Engineering. Frey was previously Director of Data and Analytics Engineering. Redfin said the new position puts Frey in charge of the company's Commerce, Marketplaces, Data, Network & Systems and Quality Assurance teams. Frey has been at the firm since August of 2011, and previously had served at Lithium Technologies and IntrinsiQ Research.
