Redfin's Kelman Takes On Diversity, Dissent

Glenn Kelman, the CEO of Seattle-based online real estate site Redfin, weighed in on the debate over diversity and dissent--brought to fore over the controversy and firing of Google employee James Damore, over his essay saying that women are not suited to software development due to "neuroticism" and other traits. Kelman made the unusual move of releasing the company's internal memo on the best ways to engage, saying it has a "culture of dissent", and that being against diversity program is fine, but sexism or racism isn't.
