Sightbox Sees $2.4M For Subscription Contact Lens Service

Portland, Oregon-based Sightbox, a startup which offers up a subscription service which combines an annual eye appointment with 12 months worth of contact lenses, has raised $2.4M in a funding round, the company disclosed last week. The funding came from Rogue Venture Partners, Portland Seed Fund, Jumpstart Foundry, Vista River Healthcare, G Ventures and Irish Angels. The company's service costs $39 per month. More information »
