Spoon.net Updates Virtual Browser App

Seattle-based Spoon.net, a startup developing application virtualization software, said today that it has upgraded one of its products, Browser Sandbox. The software allows developers to run multiple versions of web browsers, to see how they work with their online web services and apps. According to the firm, it now supports versions of all major web browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, and Opera, as well as support for mobile browsers such as Firefox Mobile and Opera Mobile. The service also includes pre-released version of Firefox and Chrome. Pricing on the upgraded software was not announced. The company said that clients such as Autodesk, Bank of America, Boeing, KPMG, Novell, and the US Army are using its products.
