Steve Ballmer's Latest Investment: Twitter
Former Microsoft head Steve Ballmer said this morning in a Tweet that he now owns 4 percent of Twitter. Ballmer complimented Twitter's appointment of Jack Dorsey as CEO and its new "Moments" feature, saying he was glad he bought the stock over the last few months.
