Axiom Electronics In Management Buy-Out

Beaverton, Oregon-based Axiom Electronics, a electronics manufacturing services company providing manufacturing services for OEMs, said today that it has completed a management buy-out of the company. Axiom was formerly a unit of Chatsworth, California-based Ambitech International. Financial terms of the buyout were not disclosed. Axiom provides manufacturing services to the high-reliability military/aerospace, medical, instrumentation, communications, industrial, and computer sectors.
