PSC Upgrades Scanner

Eugene, Oregon-based PSC Inc., a manufacturer of industrial scanners used for reading bar codes, said today that it has introduced a new handheld scanner with wireless support. The firm's new PowerScan 7000BT Standard Range Imaging handheld scanner is a cordless version of the firm's line of bar code scanners, based on the Bluetooth wireless standard. The firm's products are used for package handling and tracking, warehouses, shipping and receiving, and other industrial applications.
