IGT Completes Investment In Digideal

International Game Technology, the designer and manufacturer of coputerized gaming machines and systems, said today that it has completed its investment in Spokane Valley-based DigiDeal. The investment was previously announced in April. Financial terms of the investment were not released, however IGT said that it will receive access to Digideal's intellectual property portfolio, five year exclusive manufacturing and distribution, and an option to acquire the firm within five years. Digideal designs electronic table games for the casino gambling industry.
