Zillow.com Expands Realogy Marketing Agreement

Seattle-based real estate listings Web site Zillow.com revealed Tuesday that it has expanded its marketing agreement with Realogy Corp. to include some 700,000 of Realogy's property listings on a daily basis. The financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Realogy is an international provider of real estate and relocation services. It consists of some of the U.S.'s largest real estate franchise systems, including CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA Real Estate and Sotheby's International Realty. Zillow noted that ERA was the inaugural partner in its Listings Feed program, which was announced in October 2007. Zillow is a privately held company that has raised $87 million in venture capital funding.
