Mentor Expands Freescale Support

Wilsonville, Oregon-based software development tools provider Mentor Graphics said today that it has rolled out additional support for Freescale processors. Mentor said that it has expanded support for Freescale's i.MX31 multimedia applications processor on its Nucleus OS software. The software is used by software developers to write applications for the embedded computing and electronics market. Freescale's i.MX31 processor is targeted for use in cell phones, multimedia players, portable navigation devices, and other similar applications.
