Pacific Bioscience Laboratories Gets $1.19M

Bellevue-based Pacific Bioscience Laboratories has raised $1.194M of $3.0M in an equity funding round, according to a recent regulatory filing. Details of the funding have not been announced. Pacific Bioscience Laboratories is maker of the Clarisonic skin care device; the firm's co-founders include David Giuliani, Robb Akridge, and Ken Pilcher, all formerly of Optiva (maker of the Sonicare power toothbrush).
