Clearwire Launches Services In New Oregon, Georgia Markets

Kirkland-based Clearwire is launching availability of its WiMAX-based wireless services today in two cities, saying that it has added Salem, Oregon and Milledgeville, Georgia to its network. According to Clearwire, the service is available today in the two markets. Salem is the second Oregon city to get the CLEAR service, which is also available in Portland. Milledgeville is a small town of around 18,000 northeast of Macon. CLEAR also offers coverage in Atlanta, Georgia.
