Applied Technical Systems Gets $5M IT Contract

Seattle-based Applied Technical Systems, a provider of IT services to the U.S. government, reported Wednesday that it has been awarded an IT contract worth up to $5M, for the U.S. Forest Service (USFS). ATS said the contract covers temporary IT professional services for the Forest Service, and was awarded as a one-year base, three year option contact. ATS said it will provide expertise with Oracle, JAVA, .NET, GIS, database and Sharepoint development, Oracle database administration, and IT analysis and project management to the Forest Service. ATS is headquartered in Seattle, with offices in Washington D.C., and Norfolk, Virginia.
