Knouen Technologies Launches Mobile CRM Software

Redmond-based Knouen Technologies, a developer of customer relationship management (CRM) software, said this week that it has rolled out a new, mobile CRM software product called Knouen Mobile. The firm said the new software allows users to connect to Oracle Siebel CRM, using their smart phone. According to Knouen, the new offering works with RIM BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, or Apple iPhone smart phones. Knouen's product allows users to log activities in Siebel, view and update contacts, access calendars, and other information. Pricing on the new software was not announced.
