Google Enhances Maps, Adds Live Bus Times For Portland

Portland is one of six cities to get live, bus departure times on Google Maps, Google said this morning, allowing riders to see when their bus is expected to arrive based on live bus data. Google said that other cities with live bus data are Boston, San Francisco, San Diego, Madrid, and Turin, the first cities among a number it hopes feed live transit data from into its systems. Google said the live transit data will be available via both desktop and mobile versions of its map service.
