Apptio Expands In North Carolina

Seattle-based Apptio, the developer of data center management software, said today that it is opening up a new office in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area. The firm said it is hoping to tap the area's IT and finance talent with a new "Center of Excellence" in the location. Apptio did not say how many people it plans to hire in the location, however, did say it is looking for technical talent, including user interface and server side Java engineers, among others.
