Cray Forms Subsidiary In China

Seattle-based Cray Inc., the supercomputer developer, said today that it has formed a new subsidiary in China, to focus on that country's growing High Performance Computing (HPC) market. Cray said the new subsidiary will be located in Beijing, and will focus on selling its systems, storage, plus provide training and customer service to its customers. The new unit, Cray Computing Equipment (Beijin) Co. Ltd will be located in Beijing's Haidian district.
