FlightStats Bolsters Board

Portland-based FlightStats, which provides flight and airport information to application developers, said Tuesday that it has named Clent Richardson to its board of directors. Richardson is Managing Director of Huntington Hill Ventures. FlightStats said that Richardson has helped worked with firms such as Apple, AOL, AVG, Immersion, TiVo and T-Mobile. FlightStats develops real time flight and airport data to mobile, web, and other travel applications. The firm said that the board addition specifically helps them, due to Richardson's experience in consumer and developer relationships.
