Redfin: We're More Accurate Than Other Real Estate Sites

Seattle-based Redfin reports this morning that it provides more listings (and accuracy) than real estate sites like Zillow and Trulia. Redfin said that a study released by ZipRealty showed it has 100% of agent listed homes in a number of markets, versus numbers as low as 65% on Zillow. Redfin said there is a seven to nine day delay typical for national portals to show a home for sale, which is a big gap in the current market.
