Simple's Mobile Cash Deposit Feature: We Wish

Portland-based Simple, the developer of mobile banking software and services, has a great new feature for you (we wish): the ability to deposit cash using your smartphone. The software firm joking announced the feature Monday (April 1st)--saying that its new feature, CA$H$SIMPLE, would allow you to "stack your cash" and "snap a photo" to deposit cash, and that it would be "absolutely effortless" to fund your account using the service. Alas, yes, it was only the firm's idea of an April Fool's joke.
