OptiTrack Powers Aerial Robot Swarm Project For Lexus

Corvallis, Oregon-based OptiTrack, a developer of motion capture technology, said its technology is powering the recent series of videos by Lexus featuring quadrotor aerial robots swarming across Vancouver, Canada. OptiTrack develops motion capture technology which it says was key to coordinating the cameras to track the flying robots in the Lexus "Swarm" series. OptiTrack said its technology was used by CHI & Partners in collaboration with Director Sam Brown of Rogue Films and KMel Robotics.
