ActiveRain In Major Redesign

ActiveRain, the Seattle-based, online real estate community which is now owned by Market Leader and Trulia, said this morning that it is in a "significant" website redesign, to help real estate agents better connect with potential home buyers and sellers. According to ActiveRain, it has improved its search engine optimization, social sharing tools, and more, bringing popular content to the front of the website. ActiveRain offers up an online community where real estate agents can post to blogs about home buying, their local neighborhoods, and much more. The site says it has more than 250,000 members, and adds around 2,000 new real estate agents each month. Active Rain was acquired by Market Leader back in 2011, which was acquired by Trulia in a big $355M deal last May.
