Apptio Targets ServiceNow Customers

Bellevue-based Apptio, the developer of IT management software, said it has launched a beta of a new application which specifically connects with users of ServiceNow. Apptio said the beta is "deeply integrate" into ServiceNow, letting users of that software manage the cost and quality of their IT services management operations. ServiceNow is a provider of IT asset and monitoring software. Apptio said its software helps businesses understand the relationship between services, applications, and IT infrastructure and service and support resources.
