Amazon: Prime Members Streamed Millions Of Hours Of Music

Seattle-based Amazon.com said this morning that its Amazon Prime members have streamed "millions of hours" of music after the first week of access to its new Amazon Prime Music service. Prime Music is the free, online music streaming service Amazon.com launched on June 12th. Amazon said the top playlists selected by users include the "50 Great Epic Classic Rock Songs", "Pop to Make You Feel Better" and "50 Great Classic Rock Songs"; top individual tracks included "Timber" from Pitbull featuring Ke$ha, "All of Me" from JOhn Legend, and "Get Lucky" from Daft Punk. Amazon has faced some criticism over the service for its lack of current tracks and artists.
