Zillow Extends Listings To MyNewPlace

Online real estate marketplace Zillow and property management software developer RealPage said this morning that the two are in a new listing deal. The deal will allow Zillow's multifamily rental professionals to list their listings on RealPage's own marketpalce, MyNewPlace, in addition to listings on Zillow's rental network. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The two said that the partnership will also make RealPage's near real-time pricing and availability information for multifamily listings available on Zillow's sites.
