Rightside Group Spinoff Complete

The spinout of Rightside Group, the domain name services arm of Demand Media, is now complete, the two companies said this morning, with the two starting trading today as independent, public companies. Rightside Group--which is headquartered in Kirkland--offers up domain name registration and related services, and was originally part of eNom. Rightside is now trading as NAME on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. Demand Media trades as DMD on the NYSE.
