Zillow Rolls Out Real Time Home Value Estimates

Seattle-based Zillow is making it easier for homeowners to see the impact of editing on their home facts in their home values, as calculated via Zillow's Zestimate, the company said late last week. According to Zillow, homeowners changing their home facts can see changes immediately, rather than waiting as long as several weeks for their Zestimates to change. Zillow said the changes in bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size, year build, or remodels will immediately impact a home's value. Zillow said it is looking to get the most up-to-date information on homes directly from users.
