Amazon In Major Expansion Of Free, Same Day Delivery

Amazon.com is in a major expansion of its its same day delivery services, saying that members of Amazon Prime will now get free, same day delivery in a number of major metropolitan areas. Amazon said that Prime, same day shipping is now free on purchases over $35.00, in fourteen metro areas, including Seattle/Tacoma, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Indianapolis, new York City, Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and the Tampa Bay Area. Amazon said items marked Prime FREE Same Day, if ordered by noon, will be delivered by 9pm, seven days a week.
