Amazon Sets For Launch Of Original Series From Blue's Clues Creator

Seattle-based Amazon.com is getting set to launch a new, original kids series on Amazon Prime, created by Angela C. Santomero, the creator of Blue's Clues. Amazon said it will be releasing 13 episodes of a new series, Wishenpoof, on Friday August 14th. The new series is aimed at preschoolers, and is part of an ongoing effort by Amazon.com to differentiate its Amazon Prime Instant Video service from the many others through original content. Santomero created not only Blue's Clues, but Creative Galaxy, Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, and Super Why!
