Avidex Industries Buys Digital Networks Group

Bellevue, Washington-based Avidex Industries, a provider of audio-visual integration for the commercial and healthcare market, said this morning that it has acquired Digital Networks Group, a provider of audio visual and technology integration services. Digital Networks Group is based in Southern California. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
