LendingRobot Launches Product For Investment Advisors

Seattle-based LendingRobot, which is developing "robo-advisors" that use software to recommend investments and help manage investment portfolios on peer lending sites Lending Club, Prosper and Funding Circle, says it has launched a product for financial advisors. The new product, LendingRobot for Advisors, providing machine-based, high-speed investments with the supervision of registered investment advisors, according to the firm. LendingRobot said the new product is being launched in collaboration with Millennium Trust, a provider of custodial services for financial advisors who use Lending Club. LendingRobot is venture backed by Runa Capital, and led by CEO Emmanual Marot.
