Report: T-Mobile, Amazon Excluding Older Workers In Facebook Ads

A lawsuit, filed by three workers and the Communications Workers of America, says that both T-Mobile and Amazon.com are using Facebook's targeting features to specifically avoid advertising jobs to older workers. A class action lawsuit was filed on Wednesday by Linda Bradley, Maurice Anscombe, and Lura Callahan, along with the Communication Workers of America, a large union representing workers in the telecommunications industry.
