Atigeo Acquired By Veritone

Bellevue-based artificial intelligence and machine learning software developer Atigeo has been acquired in an asset deal, by California-based Veritone. Veritone said it will acquire the software developed by Atigeo, plus 60 issued and pending patents covering various aspects of Atigeo's data science technology, and will also hire former Atigeo data scientists and software engineers. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Atigeo has been venture backed by Ascension Ventures.
