Ecova Sells Off Unit To CLEAResult

Spokane-based ENGIE Insight, formerly known as Ecova, said this morning that it has agreed to sell its utility division to CLEAResult. Financial details of the sale were not announced. ENGIE Insight said the sale will help it put an "accelerated focus on the company's core capabilities". Ecova renamed itself to ENGIE Insight last week; the company has been owned by Engie since 2014.
