AWS Wins GoDaddy

Amazon Web Services, the web services arm of Amazon.com, has scored a big win today with domain name registration and Internet services provider GoDaddy. According to the two, Goaddy will migrate the "vast majority of its infrastructure" to AWS. The two said that GoDaddy will use AWS's Amazon Elastic Container Service for Kubernetes (Amazon EKS), Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) for its GoDaddy Domain Appraisals tool, along with other services.
