iSpot.TV Gets $30M For Ad Measurement Tools

Seattle-based iSpot.TV said this week that it has raised $30M in a funding round, for its advertising measurement tools. The funding came from Insight Venture Partners and Madrona Venture Group. iSpot is led by founder and CEO Sean Muller. iSpot.TV's services revolve around its own database of smart TV viewing data, which it uses to help measure advertising efforts. The company is looking to bring the kind of analytics and measurement advertisers expect from digital ads, for more traditional TV ads. More information »
