Amazon Sued By EBay Over Third Party Seller Poaching

Amazon has been sued by eBay, over claims that Amazon has been poaching third party sellers from eBay for Amazon Marketplace, using eBay's own messaging systems. The lawsuit was filed in the Santa Clara County Superior Court on Wednesday. eBay is also seeking unspecified, monetary damages in the lawsuit. Both Amazon and eBay allow third party sellers to sell their items on their website, with Amazon integrating those third party listings directly into its main website and product searches.
